Spec Ops: The Line is a new original title from 2K Games that features provocative and gripping Third-Person modern military Shooter gameplay designed to challenge players’ morality by putting them in the middle of unspeakable situations where unimaginable choices affecting human life must be made. Features include, a gripping, storyline reminiscent of Apocalypse Now and Heart of Darkness but set in a ruined Dubai, tactical squad-based Delta Force gameplay throughout a horizontally and vertically oriented world, devastating sandstorms which can be used in combat, a variety of multiplayer modes and maps, and deep support featuring two factions.

Spec Ops: The Line «Оптимизация для очень слабых ПК»
Не так давно абсолютно бесплатно раздавался отличный шутер от немецкой студии Yager Development под названием Spec Ops: The Line. Для многих это стало не лишним поводом пройти данную игру. Но если у вас очень слабый PС, ноутбук, то данное прохождение может омрачить, например, низкая частота кадров, около 20-30 даже на минимальных настроек, что неприемлемо. Давайте решать данную проблему.
Присутствует 2 версии конфига:
Version 1: стандартная, отключены эффекты, которые сильно нагружают видеокарту.
Version 2: всё тоже самое, но ещё понижено качество текстур и объектов по сравнению с оригиналом.
Наглядное сравнение производительности:
Видеокарта GT 610 1GB, DDR3. Разрешение во всех сценах 1280X720.
Как мы видим данная офисная затычка в Pci-e слот выдавала на самых низких около 24 кадров в среднем,что совершенно неиграбельно для шутера. А после конфигов, уже 51 FPS и 56 соответственно, т.е. уже можно спокойно пройти игру от начала и до конца.

Spec Ops: The Line «patch»
Даный патч предназначен для тех у кого установленна ОС Windows 10 и игра не запускается!
Делаем следующее, качаем архив и распаковываем в дирректорию игры по пути C:/ или D:/ProgramFiles(x86)/Spec Ops The/ Line/Binaries/Win32 с заменой предложенных файлов! После этого в самом файле SpecOpsTheLine.exe в той же папке в свойствах на вкладке Совместимость установить совместимость с windows 7.

У меня и браузер и антивирус ругаются, скачать невозможно. переложил бы куда-нибудь в другое место.
drag_in у меня Аваст и проверено! а у браузера настройки видимо (в настройках интернет эксплорер) там безопасность понизь (вроде так)
